Steven Kent serves as the Executive Director of Insight Recovery Mental Health, where he brings a wealth of leadership experience and an unwavering dedication to supporting individuals on their path to mental wellness. As the founder and operator of a nonprofit organization focused on recovery and community reintegration, Steven has devoted his career to empowering people to reclaim their lives and build a hopeful future.

In addition to his role at Insight, Steven owns and operates recovery-focused residential programs, where he cultivates safe, structured environments for individuals navigating life transitions. He maintains strong partnerships with local mental health and recovery organizations, working to expand access to support and care. Known for his compassionate leadership and lived experience, Steven inspires those around him through his commitment to healing, advocacy, and resilience.

Jon Baer

Jon Baer is a committed advocate and mentor with over 13 years of personal experience in long-term recovery. His journey through the 12-step program helped him build a foundation of resilience and insight—one that now informs his passionate support for individuals facing mental health challenges and life transitions.

As Director of Admissions and Community Outreach at Insight Recovery Mental Health, Jon works closely with individuals and families seeking care, offering compassion, guidance, and a trusted point of connection. He actively collaborates with local organizations and community initiatives to reduce stigma, expand access to resources, and build bridges between people and the support they deserve.
Known for his empathy and authenticity, Jon brings a unique combination of personal experience and professional outreach, inspiring others to pursue healing and rediscover hope.

Justin Coffey

Program Director, Insight Recovery Mental Health

Justin Coffey is the Program Director at Insight Recovery Mental Health, bringing a diverse background in behavioral healthcare and a passion for client-centered care. A graduate of Sacred Heart University with a bachelor’s degree in business, Justin has served in a variety of roles across the continuum of care—including Recovery Support Specialist (RSS), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Acute Treatment Services (ATS).

Currently pursuing his LADC II credential, Justin is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor with a growing focus on integrated mental health care. At Insight, he leads program development and service quality initiatives, ensuring a supportive and structured environment for clients. Justin’s empathetic approach and dedication to professional growth reflect his deep commitment to improving lives and strengthening care systems.

As Director of Community Engagement at Insight Recovery Mental Health, Greg is a dedicated advocate for expanding access to mental health resources and recovery support. With extensive experience in behavioral health and nonprofit leadership, he builds strong, community-based partnerships to help individuals and families connect with the care they need.
Greg has worked closely with hospitals, police departments, reentry programs, and grassroots organizations to create inclusive outreach strategies that promote wellness, social reintegration, and long-term recovery. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to building systems of support for underserved and justice-involved populations.

Greg’s own journey in recovery through the 12-Step program of Narcotics Anonymous (NA) informs his work and fuels his passion. He is actively involved in a vibrant community of men and women in recovery who ride Harley Davidsons together—fostering fellowship, freedom, and a shared commitment to living well. His ability to connect with others through both personal experience and professional insight makes him a vital force in the healing process for many.

My name is Tianna, a dual diagnosis therapist with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University. I have extensive experience working in the mental health field in various settings, including a specialty in substance use disorder, working at a structured outpatient addiction program, and in medication-assisted treatment, in addition to later specializing in OCD. I have also worked in outpatient counseling, in-home therapy, and have experience in case management as well a group facilitation. My clinical interests include co-occurring substance use disorders, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. I integrate strength-based, trauma-informed, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), and solution-focused approaches while always emphasizing and utilizing a client-centered approach to find the right fit and approach to treatment with each client.
