This place is AMAZING. It is a program that specializes in helping people. Whether you are struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse problems, this is a program in which you can feel comfortable and get the education you need on all topics mental health. The staff (especially case manager Nick) are great, hospitable, and make you feel right at home. Free lunches don’t hurt either (haha!). Overall, if you’re looking to improve your mental mindset for the better and to become happier and more alive and in tune with your mental and emotional health (yoga classes are fire) then join this program and excel beyond what you ever believe you could accomplish! cheers, Insight, the program is a pleasure!!!!!!!

Hannah Costa was and is one of the best therapists I’ve EVER had in my life! She has taught me so many things, and has helped me conquer my past traumas and even though she is an intern she deserves a permanent spot at Insight. Insight is one of the most supportive and inspiring communities I’ve ever been apart of and I’m proud to call them family. I don’t ever want to leave! Thank you to insight for helping me change my life! You are the REAL MVPs. ❤️

This place is amazing. I am so glad that I joined. Steven Kent is my sponsor. He’s the owner of the place. And it’s sober House is cool too. The food is amazing. Sometimes they understand you’re tired. You can sleep in the yoga room or on their nice couch, but don’t make a habit of it. Therapists Tianna and Sarah are amazing. They really helped me and I still miss them to this day. Sometimes I wish I can go back just to see them all lol. They really got what you’re looking for OCD help and it’s incredible. I was at this for three months because my OCD was bad and Steve was trying to help me even though that I recently got out of a place and I really benefited from the OCD program so I really have the thanks Steve from the bottom of my heart

I feel very fortunate for receiving mental health services from Insight to help manage my OCD. The staff is amazing across the board; thank you especially to my therapist Tianna for guiding me along the way and providing me with an invaluable toolkit to manage my OCD symptoms and flareups, including modalities rooted in a defined Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) hierarchy, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), a values-based approach and other proven, effective methods. Thank you to the entire team at Insight!

The team at Insight is incredibly helpful and educated. They explore a variety of methodologies for managing OCD, including I-CBT, ACT, ERP, etc. Each group gives you an opportunity to learn and ask questions to understand mental health better. I felt so seen and understood with my condition, in a way I never felt before. I learned of many sneaky ways OCD functions. They are very accommodating too, as each class has a virtual option, which has been helpful dealing with agoraphobia. It also helps expand treatment to folks in other parts of the state. Sarah and Tianna from the mental health program bring a wealth of knowledge and have helped me see my issues in a variety of different lights, teaching new techniques to manage symptoms and helping guide through all the sneaky briar that OCD grows. Steve and Jon have been generous and helpful with administrative matters. Everyone in the program speaks highly of all the staff, which helps reinforce the program's quality. If you are struggling with mental health issues, you will get top level care and treatment here.
